Ship. Learn. Repeat.

A solo developer's journey to build products that make a real impact.

Aleks

Hi, I'm Aleks!

I'm a developer with almost 25 years of experience building complex software and leading engineering teams. Now, I'm channeling that expertise into something new — the world of indie development and solopreneurship.

My focus? Building high-quality software in the most efficient way possible, powered by AI. From development to marketing, I'm exploring how automation can transform every layer of a business.

My goal is simple but ambitious: create a company that can build and maintain multiple complex products with just a handful of people. Companies like Cursor have shown that world-class software no longer requires massive teams. I want to push that even further — running 2-3 ambitious projects with a lean crew of just a few.

Building the Future

One developer. Three ambitious products.
Powered by AI from code to customer.

Voicr

Voice-to-polished-text app — speak, get AI rewrites, share anywhere

VISION

You speak your thoughts; Voicr turns them into polished, ready-to-share text. Record your voice, get AI-powered rewrites in multiple tones — professional, casual, concise — and share instantly to social media, messengers, or save as notes. No more fumbling with words. No more rewriting the same idea five times. Just talk, polish, and ship. Voice-to-text meets LLM polish, in a simple mobile app for iOS and Android.

CURRENT STATE

Voicr is in development: Flutter app with Whisper for speech-to-text, a backend using Vercel AI SDK for customizable prompts, and RevenueCat for subscriptions. Core flow: record (up to 2 minutes), get original transcript plus three polished versions, share or save to local notes. History, notes, and settings (language + 3 editable prompts) are all on-device. Onboarding and a custom paywall round out the first release.

Erla

AI-powered super app to learn languages in the most natural way

VISION

Most language apps teach you to pass tests, not to actually speak. Erla is built on a different philosophy: learn the way humans naturally acquire language. Through listening. Through reading. Through real conversations. Erla is a suite of 22 apps — one for each language — designed to immerse you from day one. AI tutors adapt to your level and learning style. Content feels natural, not like a textbook. The goal isn't to gamify memorization. It's to make you fluent — the way children learn, the way immersion works, but accessible from your phone.

CURRENT STATE

Erla is live on both the App Store and Google Play — all 22 language apps published and available. Two core modules are currently free: Reading and Listening. More features, including AI chat tutors and expanded content, are on the roadmap.

Release Date: December 15, 2025

PromptNest

Desktop app for organizing, storing, and accessing AI prompts

VISION

Anyone who uses AI assistants regularly faces the same frustration: perfect prompts get lost in chat histories, scattered across notes, docs, and random text files. PromptNest gives your prompts a permanent, organized home. Store all your prompts in one place, organize them into projects and groups, find any prompt instantly with search, and copy with one click. The killer feature: smart variables like {{client_name}} or {{topic}} that prompt you to fill in the blanks before copying — no more forgotten placeholders, no more irrelevant results.

CURRENT STATE

PromptNest is live on both the Mac App Store and Microsoft Store. Available as a one-time purchase for $9.99 — no subscription, no hidden fees. All core features are complete: project-based organization, smart variables, prompt notes, instant search, and file-based storage that you fully own and control.

Why Invest?

Building a lean company isn't just about cutting costs — it's about maximizing output per person. That requires deep expertise, not shortcuts.

I bring nearly 25 years across the full product lifecycle: development, UI/UX design, product management, team leadership, and technical architecture. I've built complex systems, shipped products at scale, and led teams through the hard parts.

Now I'm applying that experience with a new edge: AI-assisted development. Not vibe coding. Not prompt-and-pray. A disciplined, guided approach to building with AI that produces high-quality, scalable, maintainable software — faster than traditional methods, without sacrificing craft.

I'm looking for investors and co-founders — for JustOneDev as a whole, or for individual projects. If the vision resonates, let's talk.
